Line bore engineering Services specializes in the field

of on site repairing of worn and deformed bore

bosses, bushes and pins which are extensively used

on all types of earth moving machinery mining

equipment and various components in the

engineering field.

We provide a fully self contained on site service.

We can also operate entirely on our own power

source if and when necessary.

The Owner Director, Jim Harris has been a qualified and

practicing mechanical fitter for the past 25 years with

experience working in large gas turbine engines,

generators, compressors for the like of Woodside

Petroleum, Alinta, Synergy and Origin Energy.

Jim also has extensive experience working with gas

turbines and has worked offshore for large companies

like All Seas and Mauw Civil as a deck mechanic.

He has also undertaken significant shutdown work

for large companies.

Jim purchased Line Bore Engineering in 2014 and

has been growing the very successful business since

this point. Priding the business onthe knowledge and

experience in understanding and locating clearances,

the manufacture and refurbishment of machines,
